HR Operations Manager
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the day-to-day operations and HR functions of our client, a NJ based professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and Consolidating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Refining and Managing Onboarding & Training
- Management Development
- Manage and enhance Employee Engagement & Reward Systems
- Performance Management
- Review and refine Job Descriptions & Develop Organizational Structure
- Manage Benefits & Compliance
- Oversee HR Systems & Payroll (our client uses Paylocity)
- Lead Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
YOU might be the RIGHT candidate if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management and/or human resources, preferably in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience developing/implement SOPs, training programs, and PM systems.
- Knowledge of HR systems and experience with benefits administration.
