Fleet Equipment Administrator
As the Fleet Administrator joining a nationally renown construction company in Bergen County, New Jersey, you will be the organizational lead for fleet readiness.
Your day to day will include:
Ensuring all fleet vehicles and equipment are legally operable
Vehicle registrations, distribution of renewals, and new or replacement license plates
Licensing and titling of vehicles and trailers; new, duplicate, or transfer
New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and New York Department of Motor Vehicles registration and licensing procedures, online and in person
Insurance cards for new vehicles and reissuing misplaced cards
GPS and dash cam systems including user login, software, and hardware updates
Company EZ pass account weekly toll reports
Tracking daily use of radio transponders among fleet members and vehicles
You need to have:
Administrative experience with a fleet of equipment and vehicles
Office management experience including Microsoft Suite and digital/analog document organization
Experience with New Jersey and New York highway regulations for heavy equipment and vehicles including: registration, titling, licensing, insurance, and weights & measures
High school diploma or equivalent
This is a full time position, onsite M - F 7:00am to 4:00pm, with an hourly rate of $25/hr.
