Leading business related organization seeks experienced Facilities Manager

Our client, a small business related organization in Mercer County, is searching for a Facilities Manager. Will provide the management and vision needed to ensure our client has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place to grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the facility office services by organizing operations and procedures; controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving office supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Collaborate with the leadership to develop/implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and staff.
- Implement cost-effective systems of control over expenditures.
- Maintain office facilities and equipment. Replace or make adjustments to office facilities and equipment by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Responsible for all repairs and maintenance to the facility. Also responsible for telecommunication and IT.
- Provide training to administrative staff.
- Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of confidential records.
- Design/implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, making necessary adjustments.
YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:
- The ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with peers, and team members at all levels
- Knowledge of Process Improvement, Total Quality Management, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate with external and internal customers
- Ability to prioritize efforts through root cause analysis and other analytical tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years facility management experience
- Must be knowledgeable in supply management, tracking budget expenses, managing processes, developing standards, promoting process improvement.
- Knowledge of: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM systems
