Our client, a small, family owned, Tax and Payroll company located in Bergen County, NJ, is searching for a Staff Accountant to work on the Tax side of their business. 

Their ideal candidate is an accountant with 1-5 years of experience who has worked for a public accounting or tax firm (on the tax side of the business). A 4 year accounting degree is preferred.  

Our client uses Microsoft and UltraTax CS software. While experience would be great, they are willing to train the right person (provided the person has worked with other tax systems).  

This is an in-office position and the hours are from 9:00-5:00 with some flexibility.

Our client offers a family oriented work environment, benefits (which they contribute 20% of), and a 401 with up to a 4% match (which starts on day 1). 

During tax season an occasional evening or Saturday may be required. Overtime paid if applicable.
