Our long-tenured client, a leader in the NJ industrial real estate space, is searching for a Project Manager to join their team 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple construction projects.
• Participating in design-build project planning, programming and development.
• Overseeing project design team.
• Management of design-build construction. 
• Managing construction and closeouts on assigned projects.
• Preparing conceptual and detailed estimates.
• Preparing change orders for subcontractors and clients.
• Managing submittal process.
• Monitoring, reviewing, and controlling project costs.
• Participate in obtaining municipality approvals.
• Managing supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction challenges and improve construction methods.
• Compliance with all required regulations.

YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have/are:

• 5-15 years construction experience on industrial commercial buildings including project management, construction, civil engineering, including construction inspection work and supervision of construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Engineering or Construction Management or Project Management

COMPUTER SKILLS including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word

• A team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to establish/maintain professional atmosphere.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Our client offers:

• Base salary between $100,000 to $150,000 per year
• Bonus Eligibility
• Benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, FSA/HSA Plans, Life Insurance, AD&D, and Short-Term Disability.
