Thriving Essex County Law Firm Seeks Experienced Legal Marketer and BD Pro!

Our tenured client, a thriving legal practice in Essex County, NJ is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Marketing & BD - must have previous experience in marketing and business development specifically for a law firm.

In this pivotal role YOU will: 

  • Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns to support goals.
  • Oversee content for alerts, newsletters, press releases, website, and socials.
  • Manage digital presence (website updates, SEO, and email marketing).
  • Collaborate with individual attorneys to develop marketing plans, create bios, and prepare proposals, and presentations.
  • Work with external designers, PR firms, and vendors as needed.

YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of legal marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools including WordPress, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
