Our long tenured client, a leader in the NJ industrial real estate space, is searching for a Pre-Construction Estimator. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Managing multiple construction projects at different stages of design/build.
• Coordinating infrastructure and site utilities.
• Coordinating meetings with owners, designers, consultants and contractors.
• Developing estimates and schedules.
• Coordinating the activity of outside architects and engineers.
• Participating in design-build project planning.
• Managing construction and closeout.
• Preparing conceptual sketches using CAD.
• Preparing change orders. 
• Ensuring all activities adhere to all relevant regulations. 

YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:

• 3-5 years construction experience on commercial buildings including project management, construction, civil engineering, which must include construction inspection work and supervision of related projects.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Engineering or Architecture or Construction Management or Project Management
• PC skills including AutoCAD/Revit, Photoshop/Illustrator, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word
• Must be able to travel to job site locations in NJ/PA 
• General building construction experience from footings through MEP, all aspects of site work, demolition and retrofitting.
• Experience with parking lots, paving, road widening, sidewalks and curbing work

Our client offers:

• A base salary between $65,000 and $90,000
• Bonus eligibility
